Over
recent years, the complexity of payroll administration has dramatically
increased and our aim is to painlessly relieve your company of the burden
of running your payroll in house, for an all inclusive monthly fee.
The actual service we provide you with will be tailored to your individual
requirements and includes the following basic components.
Payslips, Reports
& Tax Computations
For each payroll run you will receive printed payslips
for your employees and a payment summary. If you need a more detailed
analysis of the payroll, we have a vast range of management report formats
available to you.
Your monthly 'yellow book' tax any NI payment details are automatically
sent to you on the 5th day of each month and provide you with a breakdown
of the payment you need to make by the 19th.
P45s, Payroll Forms
& Enquires
The production of P45s is also covered along with handling
payroll related queries and form filling from, for example, the Benefits
Agency or Inland Revenue Tax Credits Office.
Year End
At the year end we will print all your P60s and the company's
P35 annual return. All you need to do is complete and sign the declaration.
BACS Payments
For your added convenience, if required, we are able
to pay your employees by BACS.
