DTI Grants
As an approved supplier of quality consultancy services, we are able to secure funding of up to 50% of the fee for you to gain these internationally recognised standards.
Increasingly our clients need this standard in order to retain existing business or as a pre qualification for obtaining new business.
Our service covers the tailoring of a management system to meet your requirements, either using your own in house personnel or via Management Services consultants (or even a combination of both).
When you are registered, or if you are already registered, we can offer ongoing support by IRCA registered auditors to ensure the smooth running of the system and to maintain continued registration.

Pre Registration
We draft all documentation for your approval. Install, audit and refine procedures and documents, advise on suitable accreditation companies and costs.
It is difficult to quote universal costs for this service as all companies are different with different objectives for their staff and involvement with the project. This can, however be quickly ascertained from a site survey and interview, which is provided free of charge and without obligation. Once this has been done, proposal can be provided with costs.

Maintenance for registered companies
The following all form part of this service and allow comprehensive cover for maintaining accreditation:
We draft & carry out annual audit programmes covering all documented processes of the company, including written audit reports and any follow up actions; prepare, chair and minute Management Review meetings; attend during Registration Body surveillance visits, including pre surveillance visit audits and draft, produce and issue any document and procedure changes required.
