Compliance With the Law
With improvement and prohibition notices, prosecutions and fines on the increase, the objective of this service is to help to ensure compliance with all current statutory requirements to prevent accidents, subsequent lost time, statutory notices and fines.

The Service
After a detailed initial set up period, you will receive regular site visits for liaison with Management Services' consultants for the ongoing development and refinement of health and safety throughout your organisation.
The service itself is comprehensive and tailored towards your specific needs but will normally cover the following areas:
Establish a safety organisation and written safety policy statement, risk assessments, DSE assessments, accident investigations, noise surveys, light surveys, safety sign surveys, telephone support and quick response fax back, COSHH analysis - including development of computerised on site system, if required.
LEV capture velocity testing and PAT (portable electrical appliance) testing; accident investigation and reporting (to comply with RIDDOR) and responding to any Health & Safety Executive Inspector audits, Improvement and Prohibition Notices or insurance surveys.

Safety Training
In addition to the above, the service includes the provision of on site training sessions, the need for which has been specifically identified in the survey.
